Are you changing your name using the deed poll process?

We can sign and rubber stamp your documents. We work evenings, and we visit you, in Cork City & suburbs, o there’s no need to take time off work. It’s convenient.

We have successfully many signed documents relating to Deed Polls since we were established in 2008.

We can sign and rubber stamp the

• Affidavit of Attesting Witness

and

• We can certify that the Passport, Driving Licence, andBirth Certificate are true copies of the originals.

You then post your envelope to the Courts Office as explained on https://www.courts.ie/deed-poll

We cannot create or print your Deed Poll itself, you need to do that first, for example by downloading the free templates on courts.ie. What we can do is sign and rubber stamp the documents once we meet you, and your witness (typically a friend or neighbour of yours)
