We can sign and rubber stamp your documents. We work evenings, and we visit you, in Cork City & suburbs, there’s no need to take time off work. It’s convenient.

We have successfully many signed documents relating to Deed Polls since we were established in 2008.

We can sign and rubber stamp the

• Affidavit of Attesting Witness

and

• We can certify that the Passport, Driving Licence, and Birth Certificate are true copies of the originals.

You then post your envelope to the Courts Office as explained on https://www.courts.ie/deed-poll

We cannot create or print the Deed Poll itself, you need to do that first, the documents are yours – not ours – you might download the free templates from courts.ie. What we can then do is sign and rubber stamp the documents once we meet you, and your witness (typically a friend or neighbour of yours)
